Email support@invoicemaker.website. Bug reports and corrections are prioritised over feature requests, and a report with the exact numbers in it gets a much faster answer than one without.

What to include

A number looks wrong
Include the values you entered, the result you saw, and the result you expected. Each tool prints the formula it uses directly underneath it, which usually makes the disagreement easy to pin down.
A currency or tax label is missing
Tell us the ISO code and the symbol as it should appear on an invoice in your country. Some symbols cannot be drawn by the PDF font and fall back to the ISO code, which is a deliberate trade-off rather than a bug.
The PDF will not download
Mention your browser and version, and whether the button said “Building your PDF...” before it stopped. Very large logo files are the most common cause.
A draft disappeared
Drafts live in your browser’s local storage only. Private windows, cleared site data, a different device or a different browser will all show an empty form, and there is no server copy to restore.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you which tax rate applies to your sale, whether you should be registered for VAT or GST, what interest rate you are legally entitled to charge, or how to record a transaction in your accounts. Those answers depend on your jurisdiction and your circumstances, and they need an accountant or a lawyer rather than a calculator. We also cannot recover a draft: there is no copy of your data on any server we control.

Privacy

Please do not send real client contact details, bank details or completed invoices unless they are genuinely necessary to reproduce a problem. Redacted screenshots and made-up numbers are usually enough. Anything you do send is used only to answer you, and is covered by the Privacy Policy.
